We had a fantastic stay in a hotel located right on a lively square, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The convenience of the location made it easy for us to explore the city and everything was within walking distance. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options and set us off on a great note each morning.
The lack of temperature control in the room made it a bit uncomfortable at night.

We loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of old Madrid. It was adjacent to wonderful outdoor squares, full of life and energy. The hotel's proximity to the main sites in the city center was a major advantage, with Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol just a 10-minute walk away. Transportation was very convenient, as the main train station was just a short downhill walk from the hotel. The area was also perfect for shopping, with unlimited shopping opportunities in every direction along lively avenues.

This hotel was simply luxurious. the service and amenities were exceptional, including the Spa & wellness centre and the in-room breakfast. the massage and beauty treatments were top-notch, making for a truly indulgent experience. the private facilities were exclusive, and the restaurant and bar/lounge areas were elegant and refined.
In all honesty, I could hardly fault this hotel. the only minor issue was that the packed lunches weren't quite up to the same standard as the rest of the menu.

I was really surprised by the spaciousness and brightness of my room, with three balconies overlooking the plaza and street below. The hotel staff were pretty good too accommodate my requests and even upgraded me to a beautiful room. I also appreciated the thoughtful plate of treats left for me on my first night. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy walks to museums and the palace. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. We easily explored the lively neighborhood without needing any transportation. the staff provided excellent service and fulfilled our need for exclusive amenities, such as a massage service and private facilities. the in-room breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of choices.
this did not compare to the other luxurious amenities the hotel provided.
